About the AFAS integration
With our automatic API connection between AFAS and Liquid, we ensure that your accounting data flows automatically into Liquid. We import, for example:
All general ledger accounts
All accounts payable
All accounts receivable
All transactions and entries
The accounting connection updates automatically every night. Did you process data in your accounting system during the day that you want to see in Liquid? You can always manually download the latest changes.
What do you need to connect AFAS to Liquid?
To connect AFAS and Liquid, you first create an AppConnector in AFAS. You link GetConnectors to that AppConnector, and these determine which data flows are synchronized.
Next, you create a user token and copy it in full, as you will need it in Liquid shortly. In Liquid, under Environment, you enter only the digits of your AFAS environment code. Finally, you choose the AFAS administration you want to link to the Liquid administration.
