About the Auditfile (.XAF) integration
Do you use accounting software that Liquid doesn't integrate with yet? Then an import using an Auditfile (.XAF) offers a solution. Virtually every accounting/ERP software supports Auditfiles, as this is a legal requirement in the Netherlands. With an Auditfile, we import:
All general ledger accounts
All accounts payable
All accounts receivable
All transactions and entries, but not individual bank transactions (bank balances are included)
You can easily upload the Auditfile in Liquid. This way, you decide when to add new data from your accounting system to Liquid.
What do you need for the Auditfile (.XAF) integration?
You need an .XAF Auditfile exported from your accounting software, preferably from a set of accounts that is already RGS-ready. In Liquid, go to Administrations and then Auditfiles. Upload the file at the top right with the Auditfile button.
Then check the dashboards to confirm that the actuals are correctly reflected in your reports. If you later have a new version of the Auditfile, upload it in the same way, and Liquid will refresh the data based on the latest version.
