About the Nmbrs integration
Easily import your current employees into Liquid with our Nmbrs integration. We use a direct API connection with Nmbrs for this. Simply select which employees to import, and Liquid adds them to your forecast. Liquid creates smart employee objects and automatically accounts for items such as holiday allowance, pension contributions, and more.
What do you need to connect Nmbrs to Liquid?
To connect Nmbrs, you need an accounts package with a Liquid Pro licence. You also need a client login in Nmbrs, also called a Client Login or Debtor Login. An accountant login won't work for the connection, because Nmbrs restricts it. As an accountant, you can create a client login in Nmbrs yourself.
You start the connection in Liquid under Administrations and HR Integrations, where you select Nmbrs in a new integration. You are then redirected to an oAuth page from Nmbrs, where you grant permission with the client login. Finally, you map the payroll components from Nmbrs to the salary components in Liquid, a one-time step.
